HealthyStudy takes the prescribing information that manufacturers filed with the US Food and Drug Administration and presents it in a form that can be read without a pharmacology degree. Approved uses, strengths, dosing, warnings, contraindications and interactions come from those documents, and every page links to the exact label it was built from.

Alongside that, we write comparisons, plain-language explanations and answers to questions people actually ask. Those parts are marked as ours on every page, so it is always clear which sentences come from the regulator and which come from us.

A small editorial team. We are not doctors and we do not claim to be. You will not find a line on this site saying a page was medically reviewed by someone, because that would only be true if a clinician had actually read it, and none has.

We think that is a better arrangement than the alternative. A site that reports what a regulator approved, and links to the document, can be checked by anyone. A site that puts a name and a title under text that person never read cannot.

We do not sell medication, take commission on it, or link to sellers of prescription drugs. We do not publish content aimed at people searching for prescription medication without a prescription. We do not tell anyone what to take, and we do not rank medications against each other when the evidence behind them was never designed to support that comparison.

We also do not copy descriptions from other health sites. The factual content here comes from public government documents, which is both legal and checkable.

The site is funded by advertising. Advertising has no influence on which medications are covered or what the pages say, and no advertiser sees a page before it is published. If that ever changes, this paragraph changes with it.

If something here does not match the label it cites, that is a mistake worth fixing quickly. Write to us and point at the page and the sentence. Corrections to factual errors are made as soon as they are confirmed against the source document.
